depending the size you get is going to be the size of the puf

- 1 tire
- lots of colorful fabric
step by step:
- cut diferent colors fabrics of 3 o 4 cm
- start to line the tire with the fabric colors
- repeat the process with all the strips , until you cover the whole tire
is cool and different!
